Booking for the festive season and early 2024
November 2023
Currently our December and January books are offline so we can give first preference to our regular clients for bookings in these months.
On Saturday the 11th of November our online bookings will be opened back up to the general public.
We will be brining Saturday trading back to help accomodate extra clients in December.
Saturday trading hours are 8am-1pm.
As evening appointments are our most sought after time slots, we are kindly asking that if you can attend appointments during the day, please book these time slots first so that we can accomodate clients that can only
attend our evening appointments.
Just a reminder to pop yourself on to our waitlist (located at the bottom of the calendar on the booking page) for any desired appointments that aren't available. The system will send out notifications if that time slot opens up. Keep in mind that it is first in, best dressed once those notifications do go out.
You can of course still message us for your appointments, but it is always faster to book yourself in online and add yourself onto the waitlist especially in the busy times.
We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding throughout the silly season!

Policy Reminder
We just wanted to give all our clients a gentle reminder that our policy on cancelling, rescheduling, and late arrivals is still in effect, particularly as we are moving into a very busy time of year. These policies do apply to all clients regardless of which booking method was used for your appointments.
We understand that things happen, people get sick, and that plans do change, but we do require a minimum of a full 24 hours notice for rescheduling and cancellation of appointments.

December Bookings
Although we will be working all through the Christmas and New Year period, our books are currently not yet open for December.
We had great success in 2022 by not taking bookings too early for December and have chosen to do this again this year as it allows us to manage our bookings better so that we can give our regular clients the chance to secure their preferred appointments while preventing all our other clients from missing out on booking in appointments due to excessive scheduling changes.
Our books are currently open until the end of November and we HIGHLY recommend that clients book all their appointments for that month to avoid missing out.
We will be letting clients know once December is open for bookings, but until that time clients are more than welcome to join our waitlist for December also

The busy season has begun!
September 2023
This year the busy season has begun pretty early for Empire Lash and Beauty.
What this means for all of our lovely clients is that booking ahead is a must if you would like to secure your preferred appointments and to avoid missing out altogether.
We are advising clients to book as far in advance as possible, with a minimum of booking at least 2 appointments ahead.
We do understand that this isn't convenient for everyone and that plans change, but although we try our best, it's not always possible for us to see if other clients can be flexible with their appointments so that we can try to fit in someone else for last minute appointments.
With that being said, we HIGHLY advise you to put yourself onto out booking systems 'Waitlist' for any times and dates for appointments you are after. Our booking system will automatically send out notifications if a time slot becomes available.
Even if you have managed to book an appointment but have another preferred date and time, still add yourself onto the list as its not uncommon to have some movement in our weekly schedule and you might just end up with your most ideal appointment time
Trading Hours
August 2023
Recently due to a very high number of client request for more evening appointments during the week, we have decided to trial trading only Tuesday's to Friday's, with extended opening hours. We are now trading 10am to 8pm four days a week.
As this is still a trial period for us, Saturday's are currently waitlist only, and will only resume trading if the demand is there. If you are looking for a Saturday appointment please put yourself on the waitlist incase an appointment becomes available.
